Summer is here and I’m feeling the pinch. My boys have been home 2 days and they’re eating me out of house and home! How do they get through a school day without eating all day???

I went to Kroger yesterday to pick up a few things: ** means mega sale, part of the buy 10 get $4 off

2 Kelloggs Poptarts $2.27 each, used (2) .50 coupons= $1.27 each

(2) Dr Pepper 10 (.88 each on 4 day sale), used 1 FREE coupon (catalina) and (1) .60 coupon (Kroger mailer)= 2/.28

**Crystal Light Drink Mix $2.19, used .50 coupon (found tearpad at Walgreens)= $1.19

** Hillshire Farm Rope sausage $2.47, used $1 coupon, Kroger mailer= $1.47

** Kraft Fresh Take $1.99, used $1 coupon (you can find a .50 printable here)= .99

Turkey Hill Ice Cream $3.34, used $1 coupon (from writing) $2.34

2 Field Hot Dogs $1 each, used (2) .50 coupons, doubled = FREE

I bought a few other odds and ends, found out the cashier was related to my husband, though they don’t know each other (my husband’s cousin was in line behind me and she told me) and went home after a long day. :)

I have been to Rite Aid more than I can even care to tell you. I don’t even know where all of my receipts are at the moment. Highlights:

Visine: 4.76 with 10% wellness discount ($5.29 without), used $2 coupon, got back $3 up= .24 MM (did this twice..limit is 2)

Pantene Ice Shine and Pantene Aqua Light 2/$7 used BOGOF coupons and (2) $1 RA QR coupons (scannable smartphone in-store coupons), $2 UP wyb 2= .50 MM, did this twice, limit is 2

2 SoftSoap  4 packs $2.99 each, get back $2 UP, used $1 coupon from Colgate boxes= FREE (limit was 2)

total of 6 Shick Hydro 5 razors (over a few trips) 9.99 each (sale)= $59.94- $24 (6 $4 in-ad coupons)=$35.94- $20 (5 $4 coupons)= $15.94- $2 ($2 coupon)=$13.94- (2) $10 UPS back= $6.06 MM

Maybelline NY Nail polish clearance $1.04 (only one), used $1 coupon= .04

5 Rimmel nail polishes BOGO50% 2 @ 3.99, 2 @ 1.99, 1 @ 3.60, used (5) $1 coupons (they were not IDENTICAL)= 10.56, got back $5 UP for spending $15 or more on Rimmel and I have $17 in tracking toward Nailpalooza (spend $30 in nail, get $10 UP)

1 Covergirl clearanced Eyeshadow single .84- $1 coupon= free

2 Covergirl clearanced eyeshadow triple 1.29 each, used (2) $1 coupon= .29 each

Physician’s Formula eyeliner $5.04 with my wellness discount, got back $4 UP= $1.04

It just about threw me off..going to Walgreens in a hurry..with 3 kids. Here’s what I did:

1 TN Dickinson’s Witch Hazel $4, used $2 coupon (peelie), got back $4 RR= $2 MM

1 U by Kotex $3.99 used $1 printable, got back $3 RR= FREE

1 Complete Multi Purpose Solution 12 oz $7.99, used $1 coupon, got back $8 RR= $1.01 MM

3 caramels (fillers) @ .33 each

paid with RR’s and $3.99 OOP (partial tax) got back $15

1 Complete Solution $7.99, used ($1 coupon), got back $8= $1.01 MM

Will send in for the Try me free rebate found on a peelie good for any TN Dickinson product

I shouldn’t have paid so much OOP, really but I didn’t have a plan going in and I was late so I just went with it.
